This is a Midwestern Region 12 month Safety Award watch from Consol company. The watch was made in Hong Kong by Hamazawa Ltd. It does feature the date at the 3 o'clock position on the dial. This watch comes with a black leather band.
Watch is in great mechanical condition, all of our watches are tested for time by one of our watchmakers before being listed for sale.

If a buyer returns an item, the buyer will pay all return shipping fees.
