This is an Estate find.I have no idea about about the picture.Quoting what i found on internet.
Artist: Balthasar Friedrich Leizelt (also spelled Leizel), (ca. 1727 - 1796) was a German artist and copperplate engraver working from Augsburg.
Title: View of the Bourse Royale on the Cádiz Canal. Cádiz is a city and port in southwestern Spain.
Dimensions: Image 10" x 15 1/4"
Date: c. 1760 - c. 1770.
Materials and Techniques: Engraved optical print on laid paper. Period color.
Signed and Titled in plate: Grave by Balth. Friedrich Leizelt. Prospect der Königlichen Börse an dem Haupt Canal zu Cadix, wo man zugleich mit spanischen Gondlen spazieren fahret. View of Bourse Royale at the Cadiz Canal where the Knights and Ladies walk in the Boats. Prospect collection. View of Cadiz (reversed).
