Lovely Pennino brooch with rose gold vermeil finish. Light blue stones accent the center of the brooch with clear rhinestones flowing away. This piece is signed Pennino and marked Sterling. Wear matches age. Some rhinestones have turned gray from age. A few rhinestones do appear to be replacements. Everything works as it should on this brooch. This is a very pretty piece!!
