For Sale: (1) t562 Antique French jewelry box with beveled glass, 1800s, watch holder

Antique case of beautiful workmanship for watches. The box is of French origin and was made between the end of the eighteen century and the beginning of the nineteen.
Originally it was used to store the pocket watch, but it lends easily also jewel case to store your pendants.
The door and side walls are made of glass, while the finishing are in brass.
The interior is lined in green velvet and at the top there is a hook where you can hang a clock or a pendant.
On the upper part it is possible to see a design in the glass, usually it was present in the objects brought to loved ones as souvenirs.
As shown in the photo, there is a small chip in the glass at the bottom. Overall in excellent condition.
