This is a beautiful, vintage ladies 18kt white gold filigree ring. It features 2 round synthetic sapphire stone, and 2 small round diamonds (1 is single cut, the other a mine cut diamond). Ring is a size 7 and can be sized by your local jeweler for proper fitting. Shank is stamped 18k. Would be a nice anniversary, birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day or Valentine's Day gift to her!
