This is a gorgeous 18kt white gold ring from Cartier. This beauty features 38 round cut diamonds, 19 on each side, going about halfway down the band. Inside is stamped 1 TO, C 2000, Cartier, K99225, 750, 61. Comes with inner and outer boxes. Would be a nice gift for him or her!
