This is a vintage 1970s Welsbro mechanical wristwatch. Diamonds set in the "12", "3" and "6" position. Crystal and dial are in good shape. Bezel has some scratches. Would make a nice Birthday, Christmas, Father's Day or Valentine's Day present.
