This nice heart pendant is covered in beautiful diamonds. The outside row of diamonds are set to appear in a diamond cut type setting. The inside row of diamonds are flush set with circles of silver between each stone. A double ribbon of gold washed sterling comes from behind and across the top of the heart. Another double ribbon comes from the side and down to the peak of the heart. The back is marked 925 and OTC. The back does show some signs of wear of the gold wash. This is a nice piece.
