Antique Czechoslovakia Black Amethyst Vase w/ Silver Overlay Art Nouveau Style
A tall elegant antique black amethyst Czechoslovakia vase with silver overlay in the Art Deco or Art Nouveau style. The vase is 9 inches tall. Top diameter is 2.8 inches top diameter. It is cylinder in shape. There is a flare at the base of the vase which tapers to the top. At the top is a flare that ends into a cup shape. At the top and bottom is a hand painted silver overlay ring. On the bottom of the vase, incised it states Czechoslovakia. Some wear to the silver overlay to indicate its age. Nice condition. A beautiful piece of art glass. A very rare vase and so very hard to find in today's markets. Please note all photos for they too are a part of our descriptions.
